Tee Times & Booking

Guests of Heather Glen may book 7 days in advance. If you cannot make your tee time for any reason, you must notify the Pro Shop in advance. A guest who has made a tee time booking will be required to call the Pro Shop a minimum of 24 hours prior to your tee time to cancel or amend the number of players in the booking. There shall be a maximum of four players in a group of golfers. Heather Glen reserves the right to group people together to make foursomes in an attempt to eliminate backups and to use the full playing capacity of the course.

Your tee time is the time you tee off. Please arrive early enough to report to the Pro Shop and sign in before your tee time. All guests must register in the Pro Shop prior to starting their round. Each player must have his/her own set of clubs. You should be at the first tee at your assigned time.

Pace of Play

All golfers are required to complete nine holes in no more than 2 hours and 15 minutes and to keep pace with the group in front of them. Our golf course has been given a pace of play rating of this time, therefore, all golfers should comfortably complete a round in the time allotted. With your cooperation, our goal is to insure every player a pleasant golfing experience.

If a group fails to keep their place on the course and loses more than one clear hole on the players in front, it shall invite the group following to play through. The Player Assistant may request the slow group to move to the next hole.

Liability

Golfers are liable for any and all damage they may incur while playing at Heather Glen Golf Club. We encourage golfers to consider their surroundings when choosing which club to hit. Heather Glen assumes no liabilty with regards to errant golf shots and damages done by its players.
